I have hyperthyrodisim

I have small nodules on my thyroid &diagnosed as early stage of hyperthyrodisim . I;m taking tapazole & concor,but my TSH is stil low 0.1 & I feel  palptation & insomneia.What's the best solution?

If these small nodules are having increased uptake of radioactive technetium, the most appropriate treatment can be small dose of radioiodine as opposed to surgery. In a meantime try to use non-iodized salt and see if it makes difference.

I too am hyper from a toxic nodule, I declined the ************** because it can take up to 2 yrs to effect, and often doesn't, besides the side effects. I had to get on a beta blocker, to protect the heart. I just had the RAI treatment a month ago, to shrink and ablate the nodule.
I too had palpitations and insomnia, before starting the beta blocker; propranolol. I would suggest you get that to protect your heart and organs and bones. Wish you the best, if you keep on the **************, I wish you success and patience as it may take time, meanwhile protect your heart, your endo should know that.
