abnormal TSH level

Hi, I have my TSH test 2 days ago.  The result showed that my TSH is 0.072 (below normal range) But T3 and T4 is within normal range.  My doctor do not tell me much abt this. He just advised me to keep track of my weight for the next few months and see next.  Can someone tell me why and what's all the cause......?

Free Thyroxine (FT4)  17.3 pmol/L  (9.0-25.0)
Tyroid Stimulating Hormone  0.072 mIU/L  (0.400-4.700)
Free Tri-iodothyronine (FT3)  5.1 pmol/L  (3.5-6.5)

No medication from my doctor.  

I felt tire and sleepy.  Body pain.  Menses stopped for abt 7 months.  Am I diagnosed with subclinical hyperd.

Have you been diagnosed with a thyroid condition? Are you currently on thyroid medication of any kind?  If so, what condition?   And what medication(s)?

What are the exact results of your T3 and T4?  Were those Free T3 and Free T4 or were they total T3 and total T4?

Please post the results and be sure to add the reference ranges, since ranges vary lab to lab, so  must come from your own report.
