Diet and vitamins after RAI

Hello,

I am looking for advice on diet (helpful foods or foods to avoid)  that will aid in longterm better health after having RAI.  Also would appreciate information on what vitamins/minerals would be helpful - or to avoid - considering that there is no functioning thyroid.  I sometimes get confused when reading advice about what vitamins to take because most of the advice is aimed at people who still have some level of functioning thyroid.  Thank you.

Thank you again for your enthusiasm in replying to so many questions.  Is acidophilus good or bad?

A lean - pre diabetic diets is a life time committment

A complete supplement package called Fatigue to Fantastic as a daily regimen is wonderful and then you don't have to worry about taking a ton of different pills. All the confusion ends and did after I started the daily source with this.

If you weight is an issue whcih in almost ALL RAI ablated hypo's - pay special attention to low gluten - no flour, sugar and processed foods. Eliminate it entirely

Lactose can be difficult - I do not have this issue

Thanks about it.

Good Luck
