bump up for additional thoughts
I posted my thoughts here:

I mainly focused on the abnormal sodium and CO2 levels, which are more pertinent, in my mind, but AR brings up some good points about the thyroid results I hadn't thought of.
I agree with AR....are these the only tests that you had run? Did they check your iron, ferritin, B12 and vit D levels? Also you are post menopausal...are you on any pregesterone? What kind of dr did you see?
Bump also for anyone who has any ideas??????
thanks AR for helping out our new member and WELCOME TO THE COMMUNITY!!!

I'm not a doctor but I will tell you what I can.
You tested negative for one type of thyroid antibody. That is good, but there are more than one kind. You tested below twenty, and the upper limit is 20 at your lab.
Your prolactin I cannot comment on.
Your Free T4 is low, although it is within lab range. It is supposed to be higher.
Your TSH is low, which is odd, because your thyroid hormones are low, so your TSH should be higher. It should be closer to 1.0, so It's not terrible, but a few more points and you would be mildly hyper.
Your Free T3 is low. It should be closer to 320-350.
The test results contradict each other.
Your hormones say you are mildly hypo.
Your TSH says the opposite.
I'm not going to comment on the other tests except to say that you should get some information on low sodium and do something about it. I'm not up on it, but a deficiency is probably not good.
