Too much synthroid

I recently got my levothyroxine increased (about a month ago) from 50mcg to 88mcg and have been feeling a little symptomatic, hot flashes/ cold sweats, headaches, irratability, minor symptoms I thought would go away when my body adjusted or it was just something else like other life issues going on. Within the last 2 or 3 days though my symptoms have gotten alot worse. Irritable to the point of going off on family and friends for know reason, restlessness to where I'm almost convulsing, insomnia, racing thoughts, and now I feel like I'm losing my mind. My resting hr is at 130. Im not taking it anymore to try and flush it out of my system but the reason I'm here is to see if there is any thing I can do/take to help the symptoms without having to go to the e.r. PLEASE ANY HELP WOULD OR ADVISE BESIDES GO TO THE E.R. WOULD BE APPRECIATED. if I cannot get my hr down in the next hour I will be going to the e.r but i figured I'd GIVE  this a shot.

I guess you went to ER. I can't even feel my heart rate at 130 bpm which I guess is pretty weird. :)

The herbs bugleweed and lemon balm can help reduce the production of thyroid hormone and Motherwort can help regulate rapid heartbeat.

Over consumption of uncooked goitrogenic foods can depress thyroid activity: brussels sprouts, cabbage of all kinds, cauliflower, kale, kohlrabi, peaches, pears, rapini, spinach, strawberries, radishes, rutabagas, turnips, soybeans, pine nuts, peanuts, millet, rape seed (canola oil).
