What are the most holoistic approaches to treating Hyperthyroidism?
Thank you for your imput. Earlier this year when I was having trouble sleeping I was recommended to read this book, "Eating for Your Bloodtype" and I found that because
I was tyype "O" that I needed to cut out gluten and I did cut down about 90% and did see
a change.
