Hyperthyroidism and Migraines - Is there a connection?

Is there a connection between migraines and hyperthyroidism?

I dealt with migraines for years.  Somewhat got them under control.  A year or two  later, I developed Graves' Disease.  That was gotten under control.  Then about a  year later the migraines came back.  Now both are in full bloom.  Is there a connection?

In hyperthyroidism, excess sodium and calcium deplete potassium and magnesium.  Around 50% to 60% of migraines are linked to lack of magnesium.
