Hypo symptoms with hyper lab tests

I still am having Hypothyroid symptoms, significant weight gain, can't lose weight, puffy face,  hair loss, thick tongue, multiple goiters, fatigue, low basal temperature, but my labs regardless if I'm on 60mg of Armour or not are TSH .015-.74,  Free T3= 3.4-4.11, Free T4= 1.4-1.63  TPO AB =2.0.  I saw an Endocrinologist who said I was hyper and said to stop my thyroid.  Basically said my weight gain was due to eating to much and lack of exercise.  I gained 30 lbs in two and a half months with no change in diet or exercise.  I feel like I;m full of fluid.  I also take 200mg of Spironolactone for the hair loss and excess fluid.  I know I'm hypo but how do I get treated correctly? Because my "labs" say I'm not.

As you can see by the labs you posted, your FT4 has been fairly stable throughout, but even at the highest (1.3) was still considerably short of the midrange target.  Armour contains a significant amount of T3, and you can really see the influence of that; it was 5.04 (close to top of range) on 60 mg Armour, and it's now 3.57 (considerably below the rule of thumb for FT4, which is upper half to upper third of range.

How were you feeling when your FT3 was 5.04?  Had your hypo symptoms gone away some at that point?  Any hypER symptoms?

The following results were taken after being off 60mg Armour for 2 months.
All my symptoms were coming back.  Dr. said "nothing wrong with you"

Test                 Result                  (Reference Range)
Cortisol              8.5                            4.46-22.7
TSH                  0.040                         0.46-4.68
FreeT3              3.57                           2.77-5.27
Free T4             1.30                           0.78-2.19

These results were on 60mg Armour

Test                 Result                  (Reference Range)
TSH                 <0.015                        0.46-4.68
Free T3              5.04                          2.77-5.27
Free T4              1.16                          0,78-2.19

TSH                   0.426                        0.46-4.68
Free T3              3.44                          2.77-5.27
Free T4              1.2                            0.78-2.19

Yes, please clarify TSH, FT3 and FT4 results and reference ranges.  Results should be a single number, e.g. TSH 1.2, and reference ranges should have an upper and lower limit, e.g. (0.3-3.0).  A good way to post this is:

Test     Result   (Reference Range)
TSH       1.2       (0.3-3.0)

Thanks.

Spironolactone?

From the wikipedia yeah I know but.

"and spironolactone has actually been shown to increase cortisol levels, both with acute and chronic administration."

You sure your cortisol levels aren't high and causing your symptoms? See Cushing's syndrome.
