This is not my area of expertise, however, I do know that it's very important to have your thyroid levels optimal before getting pregnant, because thyroid health has a huge impact on a baby's growth and development.

You might want to stop trying to conceive until you resolve your thyroid issue, then try to conceive again.  Does you OB/GYN know you have the thyroid issue?  Any way you can get the 2 doctors to communicate with each other?

Low TSH, with high FT3 and FT4 indicates you are hyper.  Do keep a close watch on your levels.

Make sure you get labs every 2=3 weeks as you can go HYPO on these meds very quickly and the dosage needs adjusting when the numbers start to fall.
The first sign of HYPO is aching, cold, lethargic, constipation, no appetite.

Let us know how you go.

All three test results are indicative of being hyper.  The T3 and T4 results are above their ranges, which indicates excess thyroid hormone.  High T4 and T4 drive the TSH number to the low side. Are you also noticing hyper symptoms?  Does the doctor plan to do more testing to determine possible cause for the hyper condition?  Has the doctor discussed what he suggests to be done to treat you?
