Increased TPO and Thy ab level

My lab results are suggestive of hypothyroidism. My blood pressure is high (130/ 95), but I don't have other symptom of hypothyroidism. I am 34 yrs male and my weight is 70 Kg. My lab results are:
TSH - 6.17 (0.5-5.0)
T4(free) - 0.87 (0.58- 1.64)
TPO antibody - 314.9 (0-34)
THY antibody - 47.8 (Increased)
My doctor has suggested me to start Levothyroxine sodium tab (112 mcg). What you think, whether I have hoshimoto disease? should I take this medicine?

I agree...it looks a lot like Hashi's.  112 mcg is a high dose to start, especially if you are asymptomatic.  I'd ask for a starting dose of about half of that, see how well you tolerate the levo and retest five to six weeks after starting meds to see where your labs are, then adjust from there.

numbers do look like Hashimoto. I would try a low dose of Levo to start (since you have no symptoms) 112mcg may be too much to start on
