What does a Hashimoto attack feel like to you?

I sometimes wake up in the night with my ears ringing and my neck feeling like it is being zapped, my hands and feet often numb with a panic attack-like overall feeling.
What about you?

Thanks HessyKat for confirming that I know what the attack feels like. The other piece that frustrates me is the feeling tired and taking big sighs, overwhelmed...weighs me down. Thanks, friend. I am so glad I found you all. HUGS

I absolutely have all the symptoms you listed and more. I do know that Hashimotos disease has been a complete nightmare on and off for me. When my TSH gets really high ,the ringing in my ears just about drives me crazy. Hang in there. You arent alone.
