Irish doc. good with thyroid???

I know there is not many people from Ireland let alone Co. Kerry on this site... But Im hoping by chance someone will be able to help me. I need a doctor who is REALLY good with the thyroid in around my area... Il pay any amount to get sorted I just need a doctor who will listen to me and not read from the sheets in front of him!!!! Asking on here is probably a long shot as I havent come across many Irish people but I don't know what else to do!

Hi J - I can PM you name of my Endo surgeon (have trashed my ENT who is pure jerk material) here in London if any good? Failing that - my in-laws are Northern Irish so I will ask if they know of anyone, maybe Belfast way? Try to keep cool - not easy I know because with hair loss etc - must all be very scary.  : )
