hyperthyroid.. what should i do?

Sir,
   I have been suffering from hyperthyroid for 5 years. For 3 years i took medical treatment (Neomarcazol tablets 30mg a day). But due to my mothers illness i wasnt regular in tsking the medicines. 3 years after i took thyroid tests and got the following report
        test                                                 normal range
      T3       =20                                           2.3  -   4.2
      T4       =5                                             0.89    -  1.76
      TSH     =0.010                                     0.350    -   5.500

Now for 1.5 years i m taking my doses regularly and 2 days back i took my tests again

        test                                                 normal range
      T3       =4.13                                          2.3  -   4.2
      T4       =1.51                                            0.89    -  1.76
      TSH     =0.010                                     0.350    -   5.5
   TPO antibidy = 338                                   <  60

As yuo can see the T# and T4 are in range now. But the TSH is still very low and i am positive in TPO antibody test too.

Sir, I would like to know what should i do now and what treatment should i undergo.
               Thank you

Sorry...blonde moment here.
Ask your Doc to do the TSI test for Graves........it shows you have autoimmune disease but doesnt neccesarily show Graves.
The TSI test does.

If you have an Endocrinologist, talk the him/her about your numbers. They might want to add another medication for you since your TSH and TPO are still low. Or they might want to change your medication to one that can help all of your numbers.
