Had to postpone RAI! WHEN IT RAINS IT POURS!

I had to reschedule RAI!  My father passed this week so I had to go to Daytona Beach.  My RAI was suppose to be on Friday but had to leave out on Thursday!!  Not an easy thing to go thru ever much less when your in full blown HYPOHE//!!  This has been a week from hell I think/hope it has hit bottom and can only get better from here!

Hope everyone is feeling ok!  I'm in the process of looking back thru post to see but I'm a little slow!

I am so sorry to hear about your Dad ...I cant believe all this you are going through so soon after surgery.......and then to lose your Dad too.  I hope they can get you right in for your RAI when you get back home.  I think they are going to have to with it being so long!  Tell them you have just got to have it immediately because you are feeling so bad.  Ill be praying for you.......

I am holding up ok right now.  I am back and called to reschedule, haven't heard back yet.  I know I seemed cold leaving and a little bit while I was there because I DO have to worry about me.  I have 2 children that need me.  I am 5 weeks post op and with out meds now, so there was no way i could wait around anymore.  

Thank you all  for all the encouragment and prayers, I sure need it right now!

Did you happen to call you doctor who ordered the RAI and let them know you will have to postpone it? You must do that - How long are you going to to be gone and when will they get you in for the RAI?  

Hypohe//  will hit you sooooo hard if you wait to long .... and it will be even more suffering for you after.

I hate to sound one sided - but you also need to think of yourself right now - This will be very stressful for you and you will need to manage yourself too.

I am so sorry for your loss and please know we are her for you .... for anything ..... this is so hard and to have to go thru along with being hypo.  This will be something you will be able to do and we will pull from YOUR strength.

There is no good time to lose a parent, but it is harder to deal with when you are so ill.

I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. My prayers are with you and your family and an exttra pray coming your way to help you through this HYPOHE// that you are in. I am in he// too!! Hit me pretty hard. I have 2 babies at home and I ask myself everyday how I am going to cope and another day comes and I cope some how some way!! Stay strong and keep thinking positive. You're right, it can only get better!!!

Oh my - I am incredibly sorry to hear of the loss of your father. I hope your memories and the love of your family and friends were able to bring you some comfort.
Especially in the midst of hypohe11.  You poor thing.
