Low hematocrit and mcv on synthroid

I'm hypothyroid and I am on 100 mcg levothyroxine daily plus arimidex 3 times a week and .5 mcg lexapro daily. I am a 26 year old male. Recently I had bloodwork done and everything was fine except in my blood counts. The doctor said I could be bleeding somewhere, because it looks like i have anemia:

It is weird, because 3 months earlier my blood count was perfectly normal:

Is it possible it is just a fluke or could something be wrong. Just when I am starting to get my hormones in order this happens.

When posting lab results, please include reference ranges, as listed on the lab report, since ranges vary from lab to lab and must come from her own report.

How do you know that levo is destroying your mom's platelet count?  The hormones in levo are identical to what the body would produce if it could.

Do you have any current blood test results that you could post, so members can get a better idea of what might be going on?

levothryroxine is destroying my mom's platelets..nobody knows how to help....doctors don't have any idea what to do...anybody has the same problem?
