What does these symptoms indicate?

I have been walking daily for last 2 months. I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, but now have the levels under control. I am 30 years of age and my BMI is on the higher side (BMI is 29).

When I walk, I do it very well for the first 20 minutes. After 30 minutes, I get a feeling as if I might faint. I get cold sweat and then I return hastily to my home. I rest for a while, drink water and then relax. I get no pain in my chest. It is just a feeling of sudden weakness. I go for walks in the evening, approx 3 hours after lunch. I walk for 45 minutes.

What does this indicate? My resting heart rate is also going down with passing days. There was a time when it was 90-100 bpm. Now it hardly crosses 72 bpm and most of the time it is in 60's. I have to climb a flight of stairs to keep heart rate and BP up.

After such a feeling, I feel groggy the next day and do not go for walks. Can anyone please tell me what could be wrong? I am also due for an endo visit this monday,

I did mentioned that they are total T3, T4, TSH. The normal range for T3 is 60 - 181. For T4 it is 4.50 - 12.60. For TSH it is 0.35 - 5.50. I used to be on 5 mg Carbimazole for several years. But I was not consistent. It was only after July 2010 that I have been regular with my dosage. Started with 40 mg and now I have been reduced to 20 mg.

Please confirm if those are total T3 and total T4 or free T3 and free T4.  I think I know the answer, but just want to be sure.  Also, if you have the ranges shown on the lab report, please post those also.  Since test results can vary from lab to lab, along with the reference ranges they use, it is important to know where your results fall within the ranges.  Also, how long have you been on the Carbimazole?

I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism 7 years ago, but took it very lightly. I was not consistent with my medicines. It was only in July 2010 that I got a panic attack that made me realize that things are not in order. I took total T3, T4, TSH test. At that time T3 was 215, T4 was 21 and TSH 0.01. After consulting with an endo, the levels are down. I take 20 mg Carbimazole daily. Current levels are T3 = 132, T4 = 12.5, TSH = 0.02. I have not done RAI or surgery.

My mom too had hyperthyroidism, so I guess it's hereditary. Endo said it was thyrotoxicosis.

My cholesterol, triglyceride, sugar, creatinine, ECG, CBC levels are normal.

In order for members to give you a worthwhile response, we really need to know more.  When you were diagnosed with hyperthyroidism what was found to be the cause for it?  What has been done that allows you to say that you have the levels under control (surgery, RAI, or medication)?  Please post any thyroid testing results and their reference ranges shown on the lab report.

If you will provide as much of this info as possible, we can try to help prep you for the Endo visit and make sure you get the tests and treatment that you need.
