Medication question

I have dealt with my thyroid (hypo) for 25 years now and have managed it very well I feel. I have been recently sent to an Endo doctor because my levels went from being in the mid to upper normal range,  where I feel the greatest and then suddenly went out of control and went from under active to over active. My doctor (gp) doctor reduced my meds from 125mcg to 75mcg and sent me in a tail spin again to now being under active again. So he sent me to the Endo and she raised my Levoxyl to 112mcg and kept my Cytomel the same at 15mcg 2x daily. After 7 weeks I was tested again and my levels went into the normal range but just above the beginning normal levels which is not optimal for me. Still feeling like garbage. I told her I want to be back in the mid to upper range and so she kept me at 112 mcg  Levoxyl and reduced my Cytomel to 10mcg 2x daily. Does that sound right to everyone? By lowering my Cytomel and keeping the Levoxyl the same, in theory wouldn't that still make my levels drop again?  Please someone tell me I'm not crazy.  I have no faith in this doctor and her nurse even made me question them because when I told her that my hair was falling out she tried to tell me that wasn't from my thyroid. I almost came unglued at that point.  My TSH level is .875 and my FT4 is .9. Please help me understand.

Did you doctor reduce your med based on TSH results?  Please post your thyroid related test results and reference ranges from before the med reduction and after.  Besides hair loss, what other symptoms do you have?
