I don't have facial tingling but my face feels numb I'm going tomorrow morning for a blood test for my thyroid, also since July I have a very bad case of sciatica on my left leg, maybe its the nerve pulling on someting
I agree with ChitChatNine...I just had thyroid surgery, my doc told me to watch out for numbness and tingling in the face, lips, hands, and if I had that to go back to the doc. Your parathyroid glands control the calcium levels in the body and are very important...maybe your parathyroids are not functioning and that would cause facial tingling. I would see a doc.
I am not a dr., but has one checked your calcium levels? Low calcium can cause those symptoms .. not sure on the nodule .. but if large enough .. could be pressing on a nerve ?? But just a guess.
