How long ago did you have your thyroid gland removed?  Since you no longer have a thyroid, apparently, you are on a daily thyroid replacement medication...it sounds like it might not be a high enough dosage for you, as your symptoms are all those of hypothyroidism.

You should be getting tested, periodically, for Free T4, Free T3 and TSH to make sure your levels are optimal.  Please post the most current blood test results you have, so we can see your actual thyroid status and help determine what needs to be done.  Please include reference ranges with any blood test results posted, since ranges vary from lab to lab.

What medication and dosage are you on?  Are you making sure to take it properly, which is first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach with a glass of water, then not eating/drinking anything for, at least 30-60 minutes?  You should also not be taking calcium, magnesium, iron or other mineral supplements within 4 hours of taking your thyroid medication.
