You can get sun lamps to sit under that work on you like the sun. Not the tanning lamps, these are different. They use them for people with.................okay, can't remember the name of it.............anyway, it's the depression brought on by lack of daylight and being out in the sun. Actually you can get a prescription for them so that the insurance has to pay for them. It is a very serious medical condition in some people.
I can't even send you any sun, we've hardly had any this winter. I might be able to catch some of these noisy frogs that don't seem to be affected by the freezing weather any more, and just chirp away 24/7. It's the strangest thing ever around here. Never heard frogs around here when it's this cold in the middle of winter. Tough little buggers! They've probably had some kind of mutation and have fur or something now! Ribbit, hair ball, ribbit! LOL
What bus.... where do I get on.... I'm desperate.
Horrible...... no vit D and K here with no sun.
Think'n bout jump'n in the lighted coffin soon. (tanning bed)
Come on Stella,
We can all get on the big yellow bus and ride out
Anywhere you wanna go, no snow.
Between blksapphire and Redhead -
If you keep jabb'n that Florida stuff in I'm gonna jump a plane and stand at your door pounding on it!!
TOO MUCH and more coming Monday :(
Well group,
Welcome to sunny south flordia.. we do not have any snow, just warm beaches, hot sand and Disney World...
I'm sorry you have so much snow.... if you like, I would be willing to take one inch.
I wanna go. My son and I would love to go somewhere like that! Wishful thinking. It would take a lot longer than that to get to the snow for us and to get there we'd have to drive through lots of ice first.
We may go north this weekend seeking snow.
We are going snow tubing at a ski resort about 2 hours away.
I know to some of you that sounds nuts to go looking for snow!!!
A fraction of an inch, then some freezzing rain and then all rain.
School closed anyway because people are wimpy here in slightly bad weather.
We have had 3 days school closings for days just like this one.
My kids just want to go sledding at least once this year!
Zero- we have sand.....does that count??? I am 38 years old and have seen snow once. Hated it. I have been up north a million times, but in the summer. My family is from Maine! But I am a Florida baby.
The kids here have had 8 day off of school since xmas due to snow/storms & ice!!!
Too much!
I am ready for Spring.
Warm weather, furnace not running every fifteen minutes.
Ahhh, I can hardly wait! :)
