Please help me understand

I had a Lifeline Screening with two 0.9 cysts on the left thyroid and two cysts-0.9 and 1.1 on the right thyroid.  Today I had a second ultra sound at the advice of my doctor and don't have the results yet, but noticed red and blue marks on the screen when she examined my left side (I couldn't see the screen the rest of the time).  The lady would not tell me anything other than there were cysts/nodules and one was more "extensive" than the others.

Also, I had bloodwork which I received today:

TSH+T4-1.612uIU/mL (0.35-5.50)
T4, Free (Direct)-0.87ng/dl (0.61-1.76)
Thyroid Peroxidasw (TPO) Ab-27IU/ml(0-34)
Antithyroglobulin Ab-348 H IU/ml(0-40)
Triiodothyronine, Free, Serum-3.1pg/ml(2.3-4.2)

It was my doctor's last day today and I don't know how long it will take to find a new one.  I am scared and have no understanding of any of this.  What could it mean?  I am a 38-year-old female.  I do have many of the symptoms that I read about for hypo and hyperthyroidism.  Fatigue, lethargy, achiness, chills/sweats, and cold/heat intolerance are the main symptoms that I have.

I am grateful for any advice I can get while I am waiting to see a doctor.  Thank you very much!

Positive test means antithyroglobulin antibodies are found in your blood. This may be due to:
• Hashimoto's thyroiditis
• Thyrotoxicosis
• Systemic lupus erythematosus
• Hypothyroidism
• Myxedema
• Grave's disease
• Type 1 diabetes

. Antithyroglobulin antibodies can lead to the destruction of the thyroid gland. Such antibodies are more likely to appear after thyroid gland inflammation or injury

I would go and find an endo if possible as soon as possible. You should get all the tests/scan results yourself and have copies with you.

You need to further have an FNA on those nodules to see what is it. Are they visable?

I don't believe a GP/MD will preform any FNA so you need an endo to follow your treatment.
