Possible thyroid cancer recurrence???

I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2007 and had total thyroidectomy and Radio Iodine treatment. I feel pain in my neck frequently. Does this means that the cancer have come back? Please help with a response , i'm so stressed and feeling depressed about it!

Can't tell that just by pain, but they can do a Thyrgen test on you to see of your thyroglobulin has spiked, that will tell you if you are having a recurrance.  I have had one, it is pretty easy, they inject you two days in a row with Thyrogen, then a blood test for the thyroglobulin.  If your thyroglobulin is spiking, that means it is back.  No or little thyroglobulin, no recurrance.  Don't ignore it, though.
