Related to Thyroid

My 10yr Daugther,Very brillient but she has a weight-gain problem,her diet is also not so high.  Her Blood test for TSH  which is > 150 , T3  is 1.45, T4 is 0.36, CORTISOL AM is 0.93, CORTISOL PM is 12.01, IGF-I is 56.70.

What would be the exact problem with her,
Kindly recommend treatment and any other blood test can be done.

I am surprised her physician did not notice the high TSH level.  She probably has Hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid).  Your doctor will need to diagnose.  Mine TSH was > 300 when I finally was diagnosed.

a normal TSH is 0 to 3 did you mean to type 150??
