Testing methods for Thyroid disorder

Hello and greetings! I recently got my blood tested for long time Thyroid disorder, and the report mentioned the tests done using the ECLIA method. I have never paid such attention to my earlier reports, so don't know whether the same method has been used previously. From the symptoms and also the doctor's diagnosis, it is most likely Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. I am regularly taking Thyroid hormone supplements for the past 12 years, however there has been no improvement in my condition. In fact I have also been suffering from low blood pressure for over a year now. What I want to know is-

How reliable is the ECLIA method? Are there any alternative methods that can be used? What is the best way to do a comparison of different methods of testing for my case, and reach an accurate report of my hormone levels?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Before further discussion, please post your thyroid related test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report.  Also, please tell us about any symptoms you have besides low BP.  What thyroid med are you taking and what is the daily dosage?
