Removeal of dental amalgam

i am with autoimmune thyroiditis( hashimoto) .

i read  paper its title is
"Removal of dental amalgam decreases anti-TPO and anti-Tg autoantibodies in patients with autoimmune thyroiditis."

now I would like to remove amalgam frommy mouth.
what medicine   should i take while removing.

thanks ChitChatNine for caring.yes i know this removel of amalgam is not easy.

my problem is i feel tired all the time(chronic fatigue).

i send blood sample to Melisa test for metal allergy.
now i wait for the result for this test.

Hi .. you MUST confirm the authenticity of any article before doing such a drastic measure in my opinion.  The FDA in the US recently has changed the classification safety of Amalgam to a higher level but I really would get ten opinions before I do this.

Having a few removed myself because they were loose, etc., I ended up with 2 root canals and crowns --- unless you are certain there is harm, get opinions to base your opinions on in my opinion.
