Seriously going out of my head. Help?

I am at my wits end, since I was 15 I have gained weight, felt tired and lethargic, cold, eczema, psorisis, and had a goitre since before then and been tested continually which all say normal.  I did have a scan at one point and they did say my thyroid was enlarged, but blood test is normal.
My latest TSH is 1.0, and (don't quote me) I'm sure the receptionist said T3/T4 level is 14? Might be wrong but I'm sure she said that, but its too much, I don't want to be tired anymore.  Whats wrong with me?

Hello friend, sorry to read of all your discomfort on your journey.  Oh goodness, I had an enlarged thyroid, told my labs were normal for a very long time.  I had thyroiditis, discovering after reading my own medical records.  I was persistently tired, felt like dawn of the dead on a daily basis, non functioning.

Have your antibodies/thyrogublin (sp?), tested.  Mine were both high, but told your labs are normal.  Obtain your medical records, question your physician after blood labs.  Wishing you well on your journey.

You'd have to verify if that's free T3 or free T4 (free T4 is what it looks like to me).  When you post lab results, you also have to post the reference ranges from your own lab report because ranges vary lab to lab.  If you call back and get more information, we can better advise you.
