Help Graves or Methimazole Celiacs: constant moving/twitching?

Please please please help. I don’t know what’s happening. This occurred years ago when I was on an antidepressant- and removal of the drug made it go away. Now... it’s back.

The best way to describe it is: It’s an electrical feeling in my brain, twitching, urge to constantly move, severe anxiety, etc. I see some people get it when they’re starting a new medication, (Ie: anti-depressants) or withdrawing from one (Ie: benzos) - but that’s not my situation. What on earth is causing this?

I have celiacs, hyperthyroidism/Graves and just started Methimazole (is it another adverse effect of Methimazole? I don’t see it in the literature) and take 10mg Atenalol as needed tor heart palpitations.

Is this an effect of autoimmune responses when accidentally consuming Gluten?
