Hypothyroid is easy to rreat.

I was diagnosed- hypothyrodism about 25 yrs back.My almost all siblins including my mother had hypothyrodism. I am on 100 mg. thyroxin since many years. Every year I get tested for t4 t3 and tsh. they come out normal. I stick to the dosage of thyroxin. Now I am 79..Since last 4 yrs  i have sensations of tightness of feet(left is tighter Than righ).
ther is also slight swelling on feet. the above tests were done every year. they are normal. Can this thightness be becase of thyroid problem. All other probable causes are elininated.
Is there any treatment other than replacement therapy.? I added 25 mg.(Total 125 Mg) for a month. there was no change or relief in tightness.Any other drug is recommanded.?

It looks like you might still be hypo; although I can't say that's the cause of the swelling in your feet.  One question though -- for the T3 and T4 -- are those "free" or "total"?  If they are total, they don't really tell much because some of it may not be available for your body to use.  You need to have the Free T3 and Free T4 tested.
