If my reverse t-3 is high what do I do?

Thank you for thr info I will go look for them,what time of day is good for taking the vits. and adapt.? Because I take t-meds at 8am-noon-4pm. What brands for thye vits and adapt.?

I would go to your local health food store. I wouldn't suggest anything that will stimulate though....only an adaptogen. This will correct your adrenals if they are over or under.....the adaptogen levels your adrenals out and supports them.

Remember....having hashimoto's means that the antibodies will destroy your thyroid. Your destruction phase can be quick or drawn out. Over time as the thyroid is destroyed, you will need higher dosage of meds. You are probably at this point now.
Adrenals play a huge role.....it is very important to support them. Vitamin C, a good B complex, and an adaptogen. Thyroid meds can drain the adrenals if the adrenals aren't healthy enough.
Now treatment wise with your thyroid......you cannot be treated by your TSH because you are on a T3 med.....you can only be treated by your free's 4 and 3. T3 meds supress the tsh inaccurately. So do not even look at the tsh as being low.  :)
Also...your dr needs to only run the tsh, free t4, free t3....all the total t3  t4 tests are obsolete and a waste of time.

I went to see my doc and told him about my symptoms he is now testing my adreanals and all female hormones. Since you have hashis is your adreanals a problem? What do they do for them? He thinks this is why my levels have dropped and maybe my estrogen is to high in my HRT capsules. He said at least half of his hashis patients have adreanal problems.

As you know I have hashimotos and my levels are low, but what would make my meds stop working? I am going to see my holistic md tomorrow and only hope he can help because my depression has just kicked in big time. I have never had this where my levels just drop also the tsh drop too.
This is my daily intake for my meds--
8am-2-25 levoxyl and 3.75-cytomel
noon-1 5mcg.cytomel
4pm-2 levoxyl and 2.5mcg.cytome
total--100 levoxyl
         10 1/2 mcg. cytomel
I have been on this dose for 4 years now and it has worked but now it feels like I am not even taking any meds.. I also take 200mg. of imipramine antidepressant and compounded HRT. I am 65 years old. I will be back on tomorrow after docs apt.

TSH is often suppressed, particularly when one is on cytomel.  My TSH stays at "less than" 0.01.  We dose according to symptoms and FT3/FT4 levels.

You are only hyper if your FT levels are too high and you have hyper symptoms.

I am on 100 levoxyl  and 11.25 cytomel a day is it ok if my tsh is this low?

Your reverse t3 is within normal range.  Your Free T4 could be a little higher along with your free t3 as well.
What dosage of meds are you on and what are you taking?
Your TSH is very supressed....are you on a combo med or cytomel?
Your TPOab shows you positive for Hashimoto's.
