TSH # 628 Need To Know How I Should Be Being Treated

Hello. I'm a 45 year old female and I'm really, really clueless and extremely confused by all the information on the web and by the LACK of info from my primary physician. The man I swear is at least a 150 years old and I know I need more help than he's providing. I have no idea if I should see my gyn or if I should find a specialist. The only medication they have me on is Premarin .35 mg and Xanax, lol yeah I know. But that's it. As I read through the net and the information becomes more and more confusing, I'm ready to give up.

The right side of my body is freezing, I have not had a period for almost two years now, experiencing hot flashes for 4 years (thought it was menopause but after an exam by gyn she states I show no signs of menopause, wth?) FYI, the right side coldness of my body is new, 2 weeks now and is probably from the fact I multiple problems with my spine (lumbar, thorax and neck) soo most likely that is from either a: nerves being pinched or  something touching my spinal cord. Butt.. it could be from the TSH numbers being high, right? sighs. I don't know anymore. I cannot keep thoughts straight, I'm always tired but I can't sleep and short term memory is gone.

Any help is beyond appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time.

I also should have asked you to verify that your TSH is 628, not 6.28???

Please post any thyroid labs you have with reference ranges.  Ranges vary lab to lab so have to come from your own lab report.
