TSH Level has rapid change

Howdy Friends
I was informed today that my TSH level was 21.  Now on 2/4/08 (RAI Tx day) it was 231.  I started synthroid 150mcg on 2/6/08 and on 2/13/08 I had a TSH level drawn and the results were 21 and the CBC demonstrated that I was anemic.  The Doctor stated I should continue the synthroid 150mcg every day until my next appointment which is in two weeks.  I am thrilled that my TSH is dropping, but what should I watch for in case it gets too low!  For the past 8 days I have been to h-ll !!!  I was so excited about hearing that my TSH level was 21 that I forgot to ask!  Does anyone have any suggestions or helpful advice for me!!  I am going to start slow Fe on 2/15/08 for the anemia!

Thank-You

I was surprised to see my level drop so fast and it sure made me feel like ****, but I guess it was worth it!  I just hope and pray it slows down and does not get too low!  I feel like I am on a amusement trill ride at Fiesta Texas!!

If you start to feel weak, heart palpitations, anxiety, insomnia or generally not feeling well, then I would contact the doctor.  Otherwise, enjoy your excitement and well being and get on the Fe.
