Pounding heart , Low White Blood Count and Low Neutrophils?!

Hey there. I was diagnosed With Hashimotos in 2015. I started off on 25mcg of Levi but am now on 50mcg for about the past year. I've been a bit concerned with my heart pounding on and off even when seated/relaxed for the past month. I was curious if maybe I am over or under medicated. Or if something more serious is at play. my dr ended up sending in orders for a thyroid panel and a blood panel.
I just got results from my recent blood test and need help deciphering it.

TSH: 2.44 (range: 0.4-5.0)
Thyroglobulin: 3.2 (range: 0.0-4.0)
TPO: 18.8 (range: 0.0-9.0)
T3 Free: 2.9 (range 2.0-4.4)
T4 Free: 1.37 (range: 0.6-1.6)

WBC 3.5 (range: 4.0-11.0)
Neut# Auto: 1.5 (range 2.0-7.3) Neutrophils
I'm quite concerned. I don't know how serious this is or if I need to see a specialist. Everything I looked up about Neutrophils/ Neutropenia scared me.
I looked back at a September blood test results and my Neutrophils where the same and my WBC then were 3.7. So they dropped by .2.
Does anyone have any input? Thanks.

Check for adrenal problems, Vitamin D deficiency.

Had you start taking an medicine or supplement recently like Vitamin B12? Increased heart rate can arise from it in some people.

Also worth to rule out hyperparathyroidism by doing serum calcium and PTH together. This you need to do especially if found your Vitamin D3 levels below normal range as long standing vitamin D deficiency can making your parathyroid glands to work more.

Nothing to worry about neutrophils, WBC etc if you have no related symptoms like fever, cough and other infection ones.

WBC increases when you are fighting infection. If no fever or related illness then WBC usually in low range and that is actually normal. Neutrophils can vary a lot and if you repeat the same test after some months it will improve.

Your TPO antibodies are high. This is a sign that your body is attacking your thyroid. The pounding heart and possible other “hyper” symptoms are from the increased release of thyroid hormone into the blood from the destruction of the thyroid. I was just diagnosed with Hashimoto after Being on levothyroxine and Synthroid for almost 9 years. I am seeing a natural dr now and have changed my diet in an attempt to slow or stop the autoimmune attack on my thyroid. It seems to be working but only time will tell. I suggest reading “The Maker Diet “ by Jordan Rubin. It is pretty amazing and might help. Good luck and remember you are your own advocate. Read about the thyroid and how it works. Learn about leaky gut and how it affects the whole body. Learn about the adrenals and how stress controls them and how they in turn relate to the thyroid.
