Thyroid Peroxidase AB Level 140

For the past couple of months I have been treated for nodules on my thyroid. My doctor put be on generic synthroid of 25mcg. I have been taking that for two months now and just went to the doctor today to review my new bloodwork and my Thyroid Peroxidase AB level is 140 when the range is < 35 IU/mL. I'm just confused as to what that means. I am still continuing to take the thyroid medication until my 6 month follow up. Do those numbers mean I have hypothyroidism or hyper? My doctor said the rest of my bloodwork looks good, but that we are keeping an eye on the thyroid. I just think I would have a better idea if I knew what "disorder" I fall under. Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. The only level I see on my blood work is the TSG, 3rd Generation which is 1.78 and the range is 0.40-4.50. What would the FT3 and FT4 be?
