Thyroid Test Results Normal ?

I'm normally a very active 31 year old.  Weight lifting, working on projects around the house, kayaking etc. Lately over the past 7 or 8 months I have felt sluggish, concentration seems to be lacking, tired, depressed, anxiety, having issues sleeping.  I slowly stopped weight lifting and find it hard to get projects done.  My doctor ran my thyroid test and said everything came back normal.  I asked for my readings, they are listed below.

I haven't seen any significant increase or decrease in weight (2 or 3 lbs both up and down)

My mom, brother, and father have a history of thyroid issues.

Curious if its worth looking into further.  My Dr wants to prescribe an antidepressant.  My family doesn't have a history of depression.  I really dont want to take a drug that will make me feel happy.  I would rather fix the issue.  I just dont feel like myself and have really just been blaming it on getting older.

Yes, please do.  We need to know the ranges.  If you are in the U.S. doctors are required by law to give you a copy of the lab report, upon your request.

Do you know if your family members had high TSH levels, or levels more like yours?   That is typically the difference between Hashi's and central hypothyroidism.  With Hashi's the autoimmune system erroneously determines that the thyroid gland is foreign to the body and produces antibodies to attack and eventually destroy the gland.   As this proceeds TSH levels rise.  Central hypothyroidism is due to a dysfunction in the hypothalamus/pituitary system resulting in TSH levels that are too low to adequately stimulate the thyroid gland to produce thyroid hormone.

What are the reference ranges shown on the lab report for those tests?   Teset results and associated reference ranges vary from lab to lab, so results should always be compared to ranges from same report.  And what antibodies test was that, TPO ab or TG ab?  What was the identified cause for your family's thyroid issues?  Did they have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, or central hypothyroidism, or what?

I'm not exactly sure of the range.  At first I was just told everything came back normal.  I had to call back in to get those numbers.  Family members experienced similar issues except weight gain.
They also told me they generally don't give the patient the report.  I can call and have them send it to me or tell me the ranges if that would help.
