I'm normally a very active 31 year old. Weight lifting, working on projects around the house, kayaking etc. Lately over the past 7 or 8 months I have felt sluggish, concentration seems to be lacking, tired, depressed, anxiety, having issues sleeping. I slowly stopped weight lifting and find it hard to get projects done. My doctor ran my thyroid test and said everything came back normal. I asked for my readings, they are listed below.
I haven't seen any significant increase or decrease in weight (2 or 3 lbs both up and down)
My mom, brother, and father have a history of thyroid issues.
Curious if its worth looking into further. My Dr wants to prescribe an antidepressant. My family doesn't have a history of depression. I really dont want to take a drug that will make me feel happy. I would rather fix the issue. I just dont feel like myself and have really just been blaming it on getting older.
