can it be a tonsil or what.

i have a huge bump under my chin that i started experiencing in 2007. I went to the doctor then and he prescribed some antibiotics. i have been living with the swollen bump since then and it has been not painful at all, but now im experiencing some growth on the bump and its giving a terrible headache sometimes. It is also becoming painful and very uncofrotable because its gettin visible from a distance now. im also experiencing a pain in my chest

Could be a thyroglossul cyst, a cystic hygroma, a lymph node that is blocked, it could be a normal sebacceous cyst. Or a cancer of some sort. Who knows! As the above poster says, you need to go to the doctor to ask the question. We are not medically trained and even if we were, without seeing you in person, it would be unlikely to know.

we can't recommend or diagnose on a patient to patient forum.  However, from what you describe a trip back to the doctor is now urgent.
