This is almost perfect thyroid results apart from slight reduction in TSH value. Since you are not on any thyroid medication you can't reduce the dose so can't do anything like that. The only thing do in this situation is wait and watch.
In the mean time you can check and rule out any deficiencies.

Also never cut on sleeps during night as lack of enough sleep during night can reduce weight by big margins. Go to sleep at a fixed time daily (like 12) and never cross that time for any reason. Follow this for just a week and see the results yourself.
