Skip the TSH which is kind of useless and ask for the Reverse T3 instead. If your Reverse T3 is high, Synthroid could be causing more harm than good!

I would ask for a complete hormonal panel, if money is not an issue.
And BTW it's more the other way around. Low thyroid may affect "performance" and contribute further to ED.

Have you had testosterone levels tested to make sure Viagra is the proper drug for you? Hypothyroidism can cause low libido, but so can adrenal issues. If you haven't had other tests done, I'd suggest you do so.
Aside from that, talking to your doctor would be the best thing to do before taking drugs, such as Viagra or others in the same class.
