I definitely understand what your going though. I started feeling that way when I switched birth controls, all I wanted to do was sleep. I thought everyone at work was out to get me. Then started to get depressed and thought I was too fat to go outside. You might want to talk to your doc and get your levels tested, see if maybe your dosage needs to change, I get mine checked every other month because mine starts to get all crazy and it gets changed frequently. I also started taking walks at night, that way I was getting exercise and it was dark so I felt comfortable enough because I thought no one could see me. Believe me long walks or any kind of aerobic workout makes you feel better inside
Being hypo and/or not on the right am't of meds or med itself can cause this type of distress ......... I'm not a doctor but have seen it on the board before ........
Are you on meds? What type and dosing? What are your labs? You need to have bloodwork drawn to reassess your meds on a regular basis bcz they can move around and the dosing needs to move with it (up/down, etc.)
Nobody judges anybody on this wonderful board; this is what sets it apart .. we all have our own issues and we all help each other when we can.
Please also think about going to talk to somebody .. even a thyroid support group ... when you meet others who are where you are now it helps heal (along with proper meds if you need different ones, adjustment, etc.)
WELCOME to the group,
Cheryl
