Is this abnormal?

I've been having lots of symptoms that point to a thyroid problem and this past week I've had pain in my throat/neck area.  Not like a cold, like localized pain. I've now got some weird bumps on my neck, they look like lymph nodes but I took a picture and just want to know if this could indicate a thyroid problem. I've had blood tests and my TSH and T4 were normal but I'm just certain I'm suffering from a thyroid issue. Thanks for all your help!

That's the link to the picture of the bumps.

What are the actual results of your TSH and T4 tests?  It's much easier for us to tell if you have a thyroid condition from the test results than it is by looking at the photo, since your neck is in a distorted position.  Be sure to include the reference ranges for your T4 result, because ranges vary from lab to lab and have to come from your own report.  It's also necessary to let us know if that was a Free T4 or Total T4 test because they aren't the same tests.

What symptoms do you have, other than the throat symptoms?   Are you currently on a thyroid medication?
