Thyroid

I have all the symptoms of the under active thyroid but when I did my blood analysis I found out that My FT3 is 5pmol/L and FT4 is 12.23 pmol/L and the TSH is 2.42uIU/ml.
Does this consider normal as I am a femal 32 years old.
Another thing please my prolactin is 95.23 and the vitamin D is 8.97.
My main problem that I am gaining so much weight in he past 2 years almost over 30 kilos.
Please advice
