Total T3 and Total T4 are considered obsolete and of little value. Much better to get the Free T3 and Free T4, as they tell the amount of usable hormones.
That said, please provide reference ranges for the T3 and T4. Ranges vary from lab to lab and must come from one's own report.
The TSH is higher than normal (reference range 0.3-3.0) and indicated hypothyroidism. She should talk to her doctor, particularly, if she has hypo symptoms, about starting on a medication. Many doctors won't begin treatment until TSH is much higher, which gives symptoms a chance to get much worse.
She should also get tested for thyroid antibodies.
The lab work papers will tell you if the numbers are high or low. The TSH is a point or so too high, but if it is problematic the doctor should definently say something to her. If the dr hasn't shes probably fine. I personally always get second opioions though. I know that when I finally figred out I had an issue, my TSH was 87.53!! But every body is different.
