Can you explain your answer to the question about bowel complaints?  I'm having digestive disorders along with very low body temp.  I've been on ARmour thyroid for years.  TSH was low at last checkup and dosage was raised, but problems continue.  Due for a recheck next month.  I need to know tmore about this relationship.  Thanks

What did you find to be the best supplements to put your PH back?  I am currently taking acidophulus, digestive enzymes, peppermint oil for my stomach, spirulina, bladderwrack for the iodine and their detox properties, msm for inflammation and vitamins D, C, E, calcium/magnesium blend for general health.  I should tell you that I had thyroid cancer back in 1996 which was successfully removed.  I was diagnosed with IBS in 2004 and fibromyalgia in 2007.  I am also currently on bioidentical hormones and lead a very holistic lifestyle.  I take no other medications and IBS was in remission up until about 2 months ago and now is back with a vengeance.  Was told progesterone through my t3's off and now we are trying to balance the two out.  I also eat a greek yogurt every day.  It sounds like you've been through the ringer and our interests are similar.  Any advice you can give would be helpful.  My real name is Deb.  Thanks.

sure - its almost common sense after I went through horrible digestive issues myself.

When a problem with the hormones T4 and T3 in the body are no longer at optimal levels the body slows considerably and the digestive track is effected.

Diet plays a huge role when the body is slowing down and it requires you as a patient to help both issues... usually raising the T3 hormone back again and eliminating the "boggers" in your diet congesting things.

100% of the time with this being a symptom the PH balance of the system is also off due to both things and you will need to restore that back too - in order to regain a better digestive track.
