Up and down thyroid

Diagnosed Graves Disease in 1992. Had RAI in 1997. Hypo since then. But after 2 major surgeries now am hyperthyroid again. Primary care dr increased my levothyroxine from 175mcg to 200mcg and I feel worse than ever. Isn't my medication supposed to be lower?  So confused. And losing weight, irritable, not eating, not sleeping, very hyper.  Help!!

I to am having these symptoms. I am very new to this stuff so I can't help much but just wanted to verify that even though hyper you are not eating? I have no appetite and was told that that was odd. I have no appetite, can't sleep, tremors, high HR.

If you truly are hyper (overmedicated in this case), then yes, your doctor should be lowering your levo, not increasing it.

Please post your thyroid labs so we can assess your status.  Include reference ranges as they vary lab to lab and have to come from your own lab report.
