I have also heard selenium. Vitamin d is common with hypos but you should be tested for both if you think your having a problem.
I have never read this. I have read that ferritin helps the conversion, but not through a reliable source. If anyone finds a good link, please let us now.
I havent heard that one either although when I was Calcium deficient, I took a Calcium/Vitamin D combo as the vit. D helps the Calcium to absorb.
Thats all I know about Vitamin D.
I am not sure on the research proven on Vit D converting T4 into T3.
I have read that Selenium has a benefit on this process.
