Here's Friday again!!!

Where did the week go?  How many of us reached our goals this week? Monday I posted a question to everyone to come up with a goal for themselves and try it all week.

I bombed on my goals - but I did loose the 2 pounds I promised I would. Hugging my boys was a disasster. They are too big and thought I was being crazy. I did smile more as I wanted too - but I think that is because I feel so much better lately.

How well did you do?  

AR - I know you made "secret" goals -  LOL  

What everyone's plans tonight? Getting ready for the weekend? How everyone's family doing?  I know DAC won't post tonight - since she found her "sweet spot" and is getting healthy after a long time - She has plans!!!! Good for you DAC!

AND - how's everyone feeling about those darn gas prices lately?? GEEZ...... it is insane.

I knew this time of year would start to get crazy for me - I love posting here - but I need two bodies lately. And with that ever so enjoyable "brain fog"  that makes things even more crazy. :)

I hope some good news flows through here tonight - WE DESERVE IT !!

Hello, I'm here too.  Just sitting here getting depressed about how bad I've eaten over the past 2 days. I had been doing very well on my 'diet', but I've been stressed these past couple of days... with the synthroid throwing me off. UGH. I guess things could be allot worse.

I am glad you came to visit us agin .. thanks for stopping by ... we had a rough day here yesterday with some disruption on the community on some posts that made us very tired to not only read they were so long but write replies too  ...

I think my thyroid buddies are emotionally drained to come out and play tonight ...... I hope that isn't the case bcz we still can laugh can't we about something?  C'mon guys ...

We have a pic on the top of the thread ..... that is good news for the night right?

We have lots of new members that we need to go out and send welcomes to .. so that is good news right?  We can all go and post to one or two .. right?

What else is happening out there all ..... get on a roll .. .and when you do .. I'll take something really strong like my teen days:  a 99 & coke will do me just fine!

OK OK OK .. is this too much work for us ?  Nobody is out tonight (boo hoo) ... do we need to combine it with the traditional pub?  If you want .. you can do traditional pub now and couple it with the goals .....................where are you all ?  Hope everybody is ok ..

its been a tiring week. I just got back form the endo. I got bloodwork done and he is going to call Monday with the numbers I feel hypo,I dont sleep well and I hurt all over and my body is retaining so much water. I dont se how as I go to the bathroom all the time
hailas big as grapefruit pounded the you know what out of my 4 runner It looks awful I have never seen hail so big or seen it last so long. it hailed for a good 20 minutes. then the tornado sirens went off. gotta love Oklahoma in the spring.THEN all night long the weather alarm radio must have went off every half hour. I was so ready to throw the stupid thing out. It was just for t storms No tornadoes.
Hubby is sick and you know how men are when they get sick. Honey get me some medsHoney get me this whine whine whine. gaaaaa. gotta love him though.
I do get to back to working on the engines again. I have been on loan for this detail and it had got so boring that I begged my supervisor to call me back to the shop.
I love working on the engines so I am glad to be doing that again.
we had the 3 grandsons last weekend.( thats where hubby got his cold)
It was great to have them with us.
well thats all my news for the week.
