Here's Friday again!!!

Where did the week go?  How many of us reached our goals this week? Monday I posted a question to everyone to come up with a goal for themselves and try it all week.

I bombed on my goals - but I did loose the 2 pounds I promised I would. Hugging my boys was a disasster. They are too big and thought I was being crazy. I did smile more as I wanted too - but I think that is because I feel so much better lately.

How well did you do?  

AR - I know you made "secret" goals -  LOL  

What everyone's plans tonight? Getting ready for the weekend? How everyone's family doing?  I know DAC won't post tonight - since she found her "sweet spot" and is getting healthy after a long time - She has plans!!!! Good for you DAC!

AND - how's everyone feeling about those darn gas prices lately?? GEEZ...... it is insane.

I knew this time of year would start to get crazy for me - I love posting here - but I need two bodies lately. And with that ever so enjoyable "brain fog"  that makes things even more crazy. :)

I hope some good news flows through here tonight - WE DESERVE IT !!

I have had a rollercoaster of a week but have ended well by going and sitting with a dear old lady I know, very calm, very wise.  Didn't talk much - didn't need to.  I am still here, I am here to stay, I have my place in the Universe.

Know what I just realized?  You all are in different time zones than I.  You will probably all be starting the cocktails b4 my daughter even gets home from school!  I just may be able to party with you for a short while... :-P  Looking forward to it!

Well..I did smile more and try to lower my tone...

Having my nephew (7) over tomorrow for a sleepover and day out. Looking forward to that!!! Just taking this all in stride!!

hi all!

well i'm just happy cos i got a weekend off work! yey get to see my familly for a change, the wedding plans are all coming together and it's getting closer and closer to the date, only 4.5 months now eek. my sister just announced she's expecting her first baby! hoping it's gunna be a girl as i have 4 nephews! (who i love dearly) yippee. oh and it's 6.30 pm here in the UK and the suns still shining :) lovely.

Can I write "goals" retro-actively?  Cause if I could, I'd make it a goal to just leave well enough alone (or "crazy-enough", alone, as the case may be...).  I sometimes feel an urgent need to address the elephant in the room...  "Hey Elephant, what the heck are you doing here?"  

That would be the "retro-active" goal.  Of course the outcome would be obvious failure... :P
