Elevated TPOab usually indicates Hashi's. While Hashi's ends up being hypo, it can be hyper in early stages or can swing back and forth from hypo to hyper. TPOab can be somewhat elevated with other autoimmune diseases as well, like Graves' disease. And, though it sounds a contradiction in terms, you can have both Hashi's and Graves' antibodies.
Your FT4 looks really good. It's at 56% of range, which is just above the 50% guideline. Unfortunately, your doctor ran total T3, which is not nearly as useful as FREE T3 (FT3). TT3 is 41% of range, and the target for T3 is top half of range. So that's a little low.
I should have asked if you were on thyroid meds. Also, have you had a thyroid ultrasound?
