High value of T4 and T3

My TSH value is <0.03 mIU/L
Ferritin is 10 ug/L
Free T4 is 55.84 pmol/L
Free T3 is 25.30 pmol/L

I have been given NEOMERCAZOLE 10mg 1-1-1 for a month.
What precautions we need to take? How soon can this be cured?  Is this a Chronic condition?

Your ferritin is low, how is your hemoglobin?, RBC count? hematocrit?, tranferrin? vit B12 and folic acid? you probably have anaemia, you should take oral iron.
