cronic fatigue thyroid

My wife has developed debilitating fatigue recently.  She has been diagnosed with Hashimoto's.

The doctor has adjusted her synthroid up and down to no avail.  Does anyone have suggestions.

This discussion is related to Hashimoto's   FMS, chronic fatigue, weakness, atrophy, spasms, pain=thyroid?.
